Whittenburg Land Surveying, LLC (“we,” “us”) provides land-surveying services. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our project-communication program, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us when requesting a quote or accepting a proposal — name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
- Project details — the property, parcel, and survey information needed to quote and perform your work.
- Communication records — messages we exchange with you about your project, including your consent to receive text messages.
How we use it
We use your information solely to prepare quotes, perform survey work, communicate with you about your project (by phone, email, or — with your consent — text message), and meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging & mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or obtained by, any third parties.
Text messages are sent only to customers who explicitly opt in, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Text Message (SMS) Program Terms for full details of the program.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our messaging and email delivery providers), and only as needed to deliver those communications; with government offices when filing or researching survey records requires it; or when the law requires disclosure. We never share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Security & retention
Project records are stored on secured systems with access limited to our staff. We retain survey project records as required by Tennessee professional standards; you may contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request correction.
